THE 'CHANTILLY' RANGE

Ideal track preparers, the Synchrospire Chantilly (carried) for sand tracks and the Synchrogerm Chantilly (towed) for tracks of sand mixed with synthetic fibres are two pieces of equipment in the Chantilly Range, reference equipment for training tracks and racecourses.

Derived from the agricultural equipment range, this equipment produces unequalled results thanks to the Synchrospire-Franquet Patent, i.e. synchronous spirals which are interlocked and connected by chains and pinions which, because of their profile which is lowered into the sand, level it and strength it at depth, providing a track that is flexible on the surface and firm at the bottom. Thanks to this homogeneous preparation the horses have a firmer foothold. There are less falls and accidents and the track is faster.

The Franquet Equipment Synchrospire Chantilly track preparer : levelling blade, two spirals 420 mm in diameter, profile 30x20, with a pitch of 130 mm, 5 rows of 45x12 tines, a two-spiral levelling tube 420 mm in diameter, profile 30x20, with a pitch of 160 mm, one two rows of raking harrows or one or two rows or croskillettes or both combined.
