SYNCHROGERM

The “leader on the market” for all-in-one soil preparation tools in a single pass. The SYNCHROGERM prepares a perfectly levelled seedbed, of regular depth, and strengthened at the bottom to the optimum degree. This is the large space tool.

The very high capacity of the Synchrogerm enables the seedbed to be prepared in the most favourable period to achieve the best possible results from the farming point of view.

The strengths :

. Soil less compacted due to the reduction in the number of passes of the tractor wheels
. Homogeneous work throughout the width of the tool (rigid frame when working).
. More regular lifting than with driven tools.
. No smoothing of the bottom of the seedbed.
. Two Synchrospire rolls 420mm in diameter, exclusive FRANQUET patent, ensuring very good stability and replacement at depth with the spirals.

In countries newly opened to western technology, yield differences of over 15% have been observed relative to traditional methods. A series of working mechanisms is behind this performance: Track cleaners, levelling blade, two 420 mm spires, vibrating tine cultivator with five rows of straight 45x12 tines, levelling tube, two 420 mm spires, single or double row croskillettes.


The SYNCHROGERM is a towed combined seedbed preparation tool. It is used for high working outputs. Easy to use and adjust, it is adapted for all types of preparations (cereals, potatoes, maize, sunflower, beets, etc.), at minimum maintenance cost. The many different adjustment possibilities enable very precise preparations to be obtained whatever the working depth, in terms of dispersion and replacement capacity.

The Synchrospire rollers at the front and rear of the Synchrogerm ensure perfect stability, keep the working depth constant, disperse, level, sort the lumps and fine soil, and strength the soil at dept by favouring the raising of water by capillarity.

Characteristics :

. 4m, 4m50, 5m, 5m40, 6m and 8m retractable models: transport width 2m40.
. Depth adjustment of the cultivator tines from 2 to 20 cm.
. Optionally : stubble shares with 25 mm square tines equipped with duckfoot ploughshares
. Recommended speed : 10/12 km/h
. Power requirement : 140 hp/4m – 180 hp/5m – 220 hp/6m.
