SYNCHROLAB

A new modular tool design for increased versatility.

The Synchrolab consists of a double Synchrospire element mounted in pendulum fashion on a central fixed frame at the front of a tractor pulling a plough, the objective being to strength the soil immediately after ploughing and to bring forward the preparation of the seedbed. Whilst the element on one side is working the soil, the other is kept raised vertically. The working angle of its spires is adjustable so that their aggressiveness varies according to the nature of the soils. Besides its usefulness in reducing the number of passes, the Synchrolab is easy to handle, versatile tool because it enables ploughing to be resumed when the two Synchrospire elements are combined, with simultaneous sowing at the rear.

Farming advantages :

. Ploughing work reduced and levelling in difficult soils
. Lumps broken up before drying,
. Soil moisture preserved,
. Seedbed preparation brought forward.

Economic advantages :

. Reduction in number of passes, fuel saving
. Two tools in one, better return on investment
. Possibility of adapting a vibrating tine cultivator

Characteristics :

Models 1M50 (3 16 » bodies) to 3M00 (7 16 » bodies) in width
Possibilities of detachable spires for adapting the working width between the plough and sower
Power input : from 120 hp for model 2 x 1M50.

The Synchrospire is an exclusive FRANQUET patent that combines two or three synchronous spires, interlocked and mechanically connected by a chain and pinions. They strengthen the seedbed at depth and they break themselves in.
