SYNCHROLITOR

An all-in-one tool for fast, high quality soil preparations with a finish of the “Synchrospire” class.

The SYNCHROLITOR II is a development of the Combigerm on which the replacement elements, croskillettes or notched rollers have been replaced by the Synchrospire roller 420 mm in diameter, object of the exclusive FRANQUET patent. Its seedbed levelling and replacement action favours good germination of the seeds and regular lifting. In countries newly open to western technology, differences in yield of over 15% have been observed compared to traditional methods.

A series of working mechanisms is behind this performance :
Track cleaners, levelling blade, spire, vibrating tine cultivator with five rows of straight or semi-straight tines, levelling tube, interlocking synchronised spires.


The SYNCHROLITOR II is a one-in-all seedbed preparation tool, that is carried or towed behind the tractor. It is suitable for high working outputs. Easy to use and adjust, it has been adapted for all types of preparations (cereals, potatoes, maize, sunflower, sugar beets, ...) at minimal maintenance cost.

The very many adjustment possibilities enable very precise preparations to be carried out whatever the working depth, in terms of dispersion and replacement capacity.

The spires keep the working depth constant, disperse, level, sort the lumps and fine soil, and strengthen the soil at depth, favouring the lifting of water by capillarity.

The strengths :

. Less power required, no smoothing of the seedbed bottom and higher speed compared to tool power take-off operated tools.
