The Synchromix is the ideal stubble share in the Simplified Cultural Technology, T.C.S., but it is also adapted to conventional methods. Designed with the aim of lowering the mechanisation loads, it can be towed at the front or rear of the tractor, thus enabling the number of passes to be reduced. It is the “VERSATILE TOOL” par excellence.
Its double row of SYCNHROMIX scalloped disc, 410 mm in diameter and mounted on the double sealed hub, means that it works aggressively against plant debris (wheat and maize stubble, sunflower stems, rape stems, potato leaves etc.) and fallow land. Each disc is mounted with an elastic rubber suspension, 70° Shore hardness, enabling it to absorb soil unevenness even at high speed.
The precise adjustment of the SYNCHROMIX equipment and its perfect stability are provided by the double SYCHROSPIRE roller, which completes the work of the discs by cutting the plants, by burying them in the soil, generating fine soil, levelling the soil and strengthening it at depth, homogeneously, to enable the moisture to rise by capillarity and ensure rapid lifting of the false seeding and straw decomposition.
Its sliding beam inside the frame enables the equipment to pass from the front carried position to the rear carried position in just a few minutes.
Its VERSATILITY enables :
. Surface work to be carried out to a depth of 8 cm for stubble cutting at high speed, towed behind the tractor, without any rebound effect thanks to the Synchrospire (bogie)
. Ploughing to be resumed or stubble to be cut and a seedbed to be prepared
. The number of passes to be reduced, mounted on the front with a sowing combination at the rear
. The discs to be replaced with a vibrating tine cultivator having 2 or 3 rows of 45x12 tines
