SYNCHROMULCH

The SYNCHROMULCH is a versatile stubble cutting tool offering innovative solutions, with an under-chassis clearance of 900 mm to reduce break-ins in the presence of abundant plant debris. Its tines, fitted with shares with wings 480 mm wide, have a double attack angle.
Depending on the version selected, the safety system, with a shearing bolt or non-stop device with a hydraulic jack, enables it to be used in all stubble cutting conditions.

At the rear there is one row of subsoil levelling share, with simple, fast adjustment, that enables the soil behind the tines to be perfectly levelled whilst burying the plant debris, to a greater or lesser degree, according to the work output sought.

Finally, to complete the levelling and replace the soil to the optimum degree, a roller rotates with cross bars, the “ROTOCLEAN”, inside which an idle bar retained in position by claws welded to the axle, delays filling in wet conditions. The Rotoclean also ensures excellent stability of the Synchromulch. It should be noted that the spire discharges the lumps and pebbles thrown inside to the rear.
