TOPMULCH

The Topmulch is a versatile “new generation” stubble cutting tool adapted to the Simple Cultural Technology, T.C.S.
In a single pass it allows excellent mixing of the straw and residues with the soil thanks to a very high clearance underneath the chassis.

The safety of the “Chisel” type tines, cross-section 60 x 25, fitted with reversible shares 490 mm long with a cross-section of 60x16, is provided by a shear bolt or non-stop, with a compression spring, having a clearance height of approximately 300 mm.

Its VERSATILITY enables :

. Surface work to be carried out to a depth of 10 cm for stubble cutting or preparing a seedbed
. Ploughing to be resumed and a seedbed to be prepared
. Pseudo-ploughing to be carried out, straw and harvesting residues to be buried and horizons to be cracked and loosened to a depth of 30 cm and over.

The work of the tines, optionally fitted with shares with wings 300 mm wide, is supplemented by a levelling bar that is adjustable in height, and by a row of variable pressure comb harrows which provide a perfectly homogeneous surface.
Replacement is carried out with a spiral roller with cross bars, the “Rotoclean” (see description in the chapter on Synchromulch).

Instead of the Rotoclean, the TOP – MULCH may be fitted with 3 rows of “comb” harrows, the working depth being provided by control wheels.

4m, 5m and 6m hydraulically retractable models in a width of 2m85.
Optionally : Towed mounting.
